I put a crib wedge under. He's in a pack n play. He's wearing a Merlin magic sleep suit. He's almost 4 months

Crib wedges aren't considered safe because there are gaps a child could roll into and suffocate. If you need an incline it's safer to roll up towels under the feet of the crib to create the incline.

I'm so confused because at one of my birthing classes the nurse said that it's not safe to have baby in a rocking play or inclined in anyway. It looks safe to me

Our pediatrician actually told us to get a wedge/ar pillow to help with our son's acid reflux. We also have a rock n play that the pediatrician said we can use because it has an incline.
