Panic mode!!

Since August I havent had my cycle. I've done numerous pregnancy test at home, and all were negative. My fiancee and I were trying to have a baby. No sign and no clue. Could something be wrong with me, and that's why I'm not cycling? (I'm 22 and my love is 24)
