Mines 50/50. When we first got together I got pregnant from the pull out method, but we've continued to do it and years later it's working. He blames it on his pull out game not being strong when we first got together because he had not had sex in a while. lol 😂

It won't always work, because sometimes precum can have sperm in it, and also you can still get an STI

If your partner is able to know when exactly to pull out then yes it can be very effective. They just have to have perfect control. I used it for a little over a year with no issues and then I decided to get on birth control and 3 months after getting on that I got pregnant. Soooo, yes for me it was the most effective form. Lol.

Been using the pullout method for most of the 3 years my SO and I have been together. We only had 1 scare at the very beginning of our relationship when I was 17 and wasn't as educated as I am now, it ended in a miscarriage. We're both fertile and have tons of sex. He had a good pullout game, and I trust him 100%. 
Just have to be smart about it.
