cold/flu
How long do cold/ flu symptoms usually last for 🙄🙃 googles telling me different things. Also does vitamin c actually help? How much do I take? (I never get colds/ flus the last time I got a fly was 2/3 yrs ago and it felt like I had it for 3 weeks but idk)
