early signs of pregnancy

Hi everyone, for the last two days I've had a lot of clear watery discharge. No smell or anything but I can feel it coming out! Sorry if TMI!Also I've been having a few stomach cramps! And also have pain as before my AF low in my belly. Is it a sign of early pregnancy?Thanks
