miscarriage or placenta helpppp please

So ladies my son is 10 weeks old now I've been cramping the past few day and just thought is was my period finally coming down I'm enjoying a meal when I feel this big glob come out I go to use the bathroom and change my pad and I see this. It caught me by surprise. Is this a miscarriage or is it some left over placenta? Please help ladies
