That's how I was with my first son. Are you having many of these this size or smaller cuz you might have retained placenta. I had a dime size left inside that didn't come out with delivery and had to have a DNC done so you might wanna check with your Dr!!!

I had a golf ball sized one.  The dr said I was over doing it and to rest and call if it happened again.
