period always early

I have always been a 45 day cycle gal. For as long as I can remember. Now in the past few months my period comes early. Last month it was 9 days early. I just went to the bathroom and I started it tonight. Not due until Sunday. I am almost a 28 day cycle now. But it's hard because I keep checking my ovulation on here and every time my period comes it changes the dates. I've even been trying ovulation tests but I always test when glow says too. I feel lost. Anyone else been in this situation?
