Help! Advice please!!

This is my current BBT chart... It has consistently been up after ovulation...today is 9dpo and I am spotting. Could this be early signs of pregnancy? My period is not due till next Friday and it is always regular. I've been overly emotional.. But I don't know how out of the normal that is. Any kind words to offer??!!
