Any Advice To Offer?

Kylie
Hello! I'm still pretty new to Eve but recently, I've come into a situation that I more than need some advice on because I don't know where to go from here.
Not too long ago I started going out with a guy who I have grown to really REALLY like and I think even though we haven't been going out for too long, we already have an amazing relationship with one another. However, a couple of days ago, I asked him if he felt as if I had been too clingy or had been pushy in anyways because I had this nagging feeling that I was.
Now don't get me wrong, I know I can be a bit of a clingy person, and I informed him of that before we even went out on our first date and he said that was absolutely fine with him and that he himself could be pretty clingy as well. But after I had asked him about it, he seemed to have been distant with me; going from texting me ever couple of hours to rarely or never texting with me. And that's just the start of what's happened.
He's also a Marine and recently found out that he's going to be deployed for a year starting in January. Being that our relationship is still very young and with this sudden news, I thought it'd be a good idea to disscus where we go from here; if we should end our relationship here or not. I knew what I was getting into before we started dating so I'm more than happy to try and make things work and be there for him but when it came down to the point to disscus these things, he totally stopped talking to me.
I've since then texted him multiple times as I normally would just asking him how his days been and good morning and just things like that, but he never replied. It's been a couple of days now and he still hasn't texted back so I don't know where I should go with the situation from now. Should I just take that as a sign that our relationship is over? Should I text him and ask why he won't talk to me? Or should I do something completely different?
Thanks for taking the time to read and any advice you may have would be great help!
