So my ex hit me in front our baby the other day and the law won't do anything because I hit him afterwards. I'm wanting to move so he won't know where I live, but if I move before my lease is up will it ruin my credit? He never signed the birth certificate or claimed the baby because he wanted to hold off child support as long as possible. So he legally has no rights to him
