7weeks pregnant with di/di twins. No appetite, nausea is insane, anyone have any tried and tested ideas? thank you

I ended up having to take diclegis in the mornings. I hated to take medicine but I was miserable!

I'm 6w2d today with di/di twins. The preggie drops and sea bands worked for a bit, but I started taking diclegis because I couldn't even make it through day the nausea was so bad!! Lots of fluids and more sleep than I normally get seem to ease the nausea a little bit.

Im same way and probly even worse and im now 14 weeks ive been sick as hell since i was 5 weeks. And im always n the er . I puke so much i have nothing left to puke so it gags me then im n the er lol. Theyve given me every pill they can and my doctors just tell me to drink water and eat small meals. Fyi i cant eat anything nomatter how big without puking. Nothing works . So my opinion itll go away when it wants to. But ginger ale (real ginger ale) and plain crackers helped alot!!

My nausea was directly related to how much sleep I got! Sleep more than you think you need to!

The only thing that helped me was Diclegis. I took it until around 17/18 weeks, when the nausea and excessive vomiting slowed down.

I found out at 7w3d I was having di/di twins and I was SO SICK! I'm from Canada and my doctor put me on Diclectin right away to try and help with the nausea (it did help a bit).

Every morning I barfed as soon as I got out of bed, and then would eat an English muffin and cheese whiz (I know gross eh?) right away! It helped!

And APPLES! APPLES all day everyday lol I ate mostly carbs for the first 15 weeks until now and I only gained 0.9lbs so don't worry about filling your void for the first while with toast, pasta and butter and cheese, sandwiches, etc. If you're experiencing meat aversions like I did - it gets easier around this time (15 weeks). I'm now tolerating ground chicken and turkey again!

Drink plenty of juice or water while you can.

I just deal with it honestly and I'm 15wks with my di/di boy/girl twins.. My nausea has been kicking my a$$ the whoooole time but I've been to scared to add any extra meds to the ones I already have to take.. some things that help me are fruit, lemonade, My Boost protein shakes help, and anything not greesy or with a strong smell helps..

I chewed on ginger candies and did prego pops. I eventually had to take two nausea meds 4+ times a day.

I'm 21 weeks with Di/Di and I still occasionally vomit. Not bad like the first 4 months but I took zofran which worked (sometimes)
