broken collar bone during delivery?

Has anybody experienced this before and the clavicle/collar bone heal on its own. I had my baby last Thursday and she has a broken collar bone.

My 4 year old son was born with a broken collar bone, he came out like Superman, and  they didn't even notice it until his 5 day check up at the pediatrician, he asked if I noticed any limit of movement with that arm and I said no because he was moving them both the same I thought but he showed me the bump where it was already starting to build up calcium and starting to heal he said it would get bigger the more it heals and go down and to just be easy with that side and I did and he's a healthy strong little 4 year old tazmanian devil now lol. Just keep it easy on that side but don't baby it too much as long as it's not hurting your baby it should be fine

Can't think if exact time, but not long as babies bones are still forming.

My girl had a broken collar bone. Wasn't picked up until I had trouble feeding her on one side. This was nearly a month after she was born. I took her to a chiropractor and they diagnosed it and gave me exercises to do. She is now two and a half and is fine.
