BFP!!

So I finally got my BFP last Sunday. Went to doctor Monday for BW and confirmed. I was on femara 2.5mg and have PCOS. I went back to de Wednesday and my numbers have doubled. So I'm scheduled for my first ob appointment in 3 weeks. What can I expect from that first appointment?
