Every time we fight even about something little he finds some excuse to make it ok to ignore me

I call him and call and he says I'm busy every time there is a problem he runs away from it and makes excuses I'm so upset with him bc then it feels like my fault even when it's not it is just him running away

I just need someone thats all someone to talk to so I can cheer up I'm in the dumps as of rn
