What do you think helped you to conceive most?

What do you swear helped you to conceive. Just curious, I'm wanting to try some new things this month!:)

Stopping everything is what helped me. No testing or temping or calculating. Just relaxing and having sex when we were in the mood. We had 6 months of negative tests and on the 7th month we got a positive without doing any kind of OPKs or anything. Just winging it :)

I'm hoping the OPK strips will do it for me. Started this last month but AF showed... I got a definite LH surge but who knows what could've been off, so again we'll try!
