What pain relief can you use in birthing pool?
I'm UK based.. what do you wear? Is it hot enough? Hate cold water  x

Gas, I'm pretty sure that's it medical wise, but massage etc is good.

Gas is the only pain relief if your in the birthing pool. Wear nothing, or a bikini top if you wanna keep your boobs covered. No point wearing bottoms but you can wear a swim skirt if you want to be covered. Its usually warm water i believe, might be a bit of a shock birthing bub into cold water.
