Depo shot or implant?

I know the implant is super effective, but idk much about the shot. Thoughts?

I say do your research on all of them. What may work for someone else may not work for you. I'm on nexplanon & I hate it but their are also women on nexplanon & love it. Just be careful about the hormones in the bc.

It's probably best to research the shot on medical sites and talk to your doctor about it. Mine gave me a bunch of printouts about it and sent me to a page on the hospital website about all the different kinds of BC.
