Just uterine lining. Sometimes it comes in pieces. I've hear of it all coming out at once in one piece lol. Don't worry, it's normal.

My OB/GYN told me that any clot bigger than a quarter you should contact your physician ASAP.

your lining would be bigger than that if it all came out. it just looks like a  big well shaped blood clot :)
