Hey ladies, I'm 5 weeks 2 days pregnant. For about the past 5 days now, I've had spotting that is very dark brown in color. It's not much, but it's always there when I wipe after the restroom and I've been wearing a panty liner because it does leave a few drops on the liner throughout the day. A few times the brown has lightened up to the point where it's more of a red color. I've also had mild intermittent cramping but nothing like period cramps. I called my gyno yesterday and spoke with the nurse practically begging to come in and have them examine me, lol. The nurse told me she didn't feel it was necessary bc that sounds very normal during early pregnancy, and I should only start to worry if it becomes a heavy flow like a period or turns bright red and I get bad cramps. That kind of eased my mind, but I'm still worried. I don't see my Doctor until Tuesday. Does anyone have similar stories that they could share where everything turned out okay?
