Does anyone else have heart palpitations that sometimes make you pretty lightheaded? If so, does it freak you out or do I jus overthink them??

Yes and I have been diagnosed with ventricular ectopic beats xx can be pretty scarey at times x

Yes! I do! And thought I was the only one! Sometimes it's like my heart skips a beat and then beats really hard like twice to catch up, then I get very lightheaded... it is a very scary feeling, however I have anxiety about like everything lol so maybe I'm overthinking as well, but you are not alone hun!

I have them i have 3 beats never had a problem except i cant have certain meds as it give me a racing heart worse than it already is
