I'm wayyyy late

I haven't had my period in 2 months I was on the pill but haven't been for a while I had 2 periods in November but I think one was implation spotting I had the feeling I was going to throw up and my nipples where sore... I know my body and I know that there is something different I'm happy and calm lol and gassy and bloated lol I've taken 2 test they keep saying negative but I know that something is up... any advice the 25th of this month is 2 my period should have been came on
