neck in pain I think I pulled a muscle
This morning as I laid down to kiss my baby and cuddle my neck started to hurt I can't turn left if I do it hurts!! And if I do force it hurts I want to carry my baby but I have to move very slowly what are some remedie to fix it??
I don't want to go to the hospital.
