UGH MONO

Ok so I've had mono for like a week and a half now and I've read up some more on the virus and turns out once you get it it doesn't ever leave your system, it stays in a dormant state but can awaken at any given time but only to infect other people not get me sick again. Lately I've been getting really emotional about this because I could have infected my boyfriend and my friends cuz we share food and all of my family members because we also share food. For the rest of my life I'll be infecting people with this horrible virus and I don't even have to kiss them, I could accidently sneeze or even yawn and get someone sick or something, I feel like a bad person for getting this virus and I'm unintentionally infecting people...
