Charlie horses in my calf!
Anyone getting Charlie horses in their calf muscles? Everytime I'm sleeping I feel the need to stretch out my leg and when I do I get the WORST cramp of my life literally almost brings me to tears. It's happened 3 nights in a row so far and my calf muscles are so sore I can hardly walk. Anyone else dealing with this?
