Anyone else's ankles sore?
I have mild swelling most days, but lately my ankles just ache! I can usually get my husband to massage my ankles, feet, and legs in an upward motion to direct some excess fluid away from the feet. I just was wondering if any of you have gotten long lasting relief from the achy feeling, and how?
