UTI while pregnant?

I'm 8w2d and I have a UTI. I'm taking antibiotics. Anyone else experience this?

Tons and tons of people have. Yes the antibiotics are safe. Yes you'll probably get another one while pregnant. Yes the antibiotics will still be safe to take again. I've had 2 uti and a kidney infection. All cleared up with antibiotics. Just take exactly as directed so you get rid of the infection.

I am about to start a round of antibiotics for a UTI at 21 weeks. I was very much trying to avoid taking them because your good bacteria is important for baby when they are born, so I am just going to work very hard to replenish my good bacteria after I finish the prescription! Probiotics, yogurt, raw acv, komboucha, etc! That will make me feel better about it. UTIs suck when you're pregnant, feel better soon!

I've had 3 between 2 pregnancies. Ds2 I had them at 9 and 16 weeks. This time I've had consistent blood and white cells on dipping but nothing cultured, got given antibiotics a couple of weeks ago at 12 weeks as I was having symptoms of a UTI with the blood and white cells on urine dip.
