is this an evap?

First test I took was yesterday afternoon. I thought I saw a thin faint line pop up within a minute of taking it, but I couldn't wait the full 5 minutes to read it because I had to go pick up my daughter from her grandma's. I came back about 20-30 minutes later (I know that makes it void) but the line was significantly darker. Took another test around 3am and thought I saw that same line again. Here's my tests, please help! PS this pic is taken several hours after they've sat so the lines have gotten darker.
