Hunger Pains at 10 weeks?!

Just officially turned 10 weeks and it seems like I'm getting hunger pains at night and very nauseous. I take Diclegis that helps a bit but why does this happen??

Anyone else experiencing this?

Eat a good snack before bed protein plus carb. I was more hungry 1st trimester than the rest of my pregnancy and I'd get nauseous if my belly got empty. Don't load up on junk food but definitely eat more frequently.
