sleep training help !!!

My son is 6 months old and breastfeeding. He wakes up 2-3 times at night to breastfeed but lately he is taking me as a pacifier the minute I remove the breast he cries. I know he's teething because I could almost see his bottom choppers. I know that has part in it but I need to sleep I work full time and this is really taking a toll. I need suggestions on what method works best. Please mommy tell me how you did it 😖
