vitex chasteberry tea?

Hi all! Has anyone taken these? I am on month 2. I have a 27/28 day cycle and wasn't getting my LH surge until day 14 (meaning I ovulate on of around day 16), so I was worried I may have a short luteal phase and that vitex can help. Now after taking the vitex, my surge was on day 12. Wondering if anyone has tried vitex and that's what's possibly making me ovulate earlier?

I'm on my first month taking vitex capsules as my period went missing for 10 weeks after miscarriage. I suspected I had a short luteal phase as I had a positive test 4 days after my period so after my MC I looked into vitex. I had blood done and they are fine but my cycle had gone missing. Started taking vitex 2 weeks ago and finally I have my period. I think the idea of it is to regulate your cycle so it can ovulate properly. So the fact that you are ovulating earlier will make your luteal phase longer which is what it states it does so I would say it's working great for you. Good luck and baby dust to you xxx
