Bleeding at 5 weeks

I'm almost positive I'm having a miscarriage. But I guess I just want to know if anyone else has experienced bleeding at 5 weeks and gone on to have a healthy pregnancy? I haven't soaked a full pad yet. But it's dark red and it started last night and continued to today.
