Not sure where to post this but need some help, so for the past 3ish weeks when I've needed to go toilet it's been hurting really bad, almost like I'm ripping, and it takes me a good 20 minutes to be able to go toilet properly, what could this be?? Had my son via c section 17 weeks ago so not sure, not sure if I'm constipated as I am going every day no matter how much it hurts
