tmi but I'm a ftm and have never experienced this

Ok so this morning I woke up with horrible cramping in my front abdomen and in my back so first instinct is that I may have to pee, so I get up to go to the bathroom and I only had to tinkle. So my second instinct was maybe I have to poop??? Well all of sudden I started having so gnarly ass contractions (not Braxton hicks I don't get those, I get real contractions that can't medically be stopped) so any who, I'm trying to poop and I'm trying so hard and nothing is coming out! Maybe like the tiniest of the tiniest and it hurts like hell! Nothing was coming! And it couldn't try unless the contraction was over... does anyone know what's going on or what I should do?
