Cant stop crying no matter how hard i try

Since the break up on the 24th I can't stop crying im trying so hard to hold it together. For the baby i dont want to harm him

Im worried ive never cried so much in my life. I know its for the best, so why cant i stop crying. I can feel the baby freaking out when i start. i just cant stop. I had to leave church this morning because i couldnt hold it together. Ive been at work since 230 and have been crying on and off the whole time.

God i pray it gets easier soon for the baby these hormones have me a mess.
