so any of you get scared on 2nd period??

I allready ahd my first period and after a while i felt confident and ready for my next period... Now its my seccnd period and im all anxious and afraid because... Its weird and scary..... Im afraid to go the washroom cuz i dont wanna see the blood and my sides hurt 😭 help

It's perfectly ok, I mean it's gross when you first start, but everyone has to go through it. And it's part of womenhood or whatever. But just go in the bathroom and change it so you don't leak anywhere and take some midol or Ibuprofen for cramps and also heating pads are great. But don't be scared   love, it's okay!

You'll be fine honey!! You get use to it girl, promise. Midol will help with the cramping, heat pack as well, sugar and salty snacks will help with the period cravings and drink a lot of water before you are about to start because it's less likely the cramps will be bad :)

You'll be alright. It's not fun I know but you get use to it and later on it's not as bad as you thought it'd be. Sometimes it is honestly. But you'll get through it. Just be prepared. Always carry products with you, take some midol or ibuprofen, go home and relax with a heating pad, candy and a movie.

The second is usually worst than the first.  And the third is worst than the second, and so on.  The first is like, your mom is forking over you and everything is surprising and new!  The second one is a slap in the face.  Just have a clear and positive mind and know God and everyone here is with you!
