TTC tips?

My husband & I have been TTC for the last few months. I was just wondering if anyone would be able to give me any tips or tricks you've learned. I've never used OPKs before, but I've been thinking about it. Thanks in advance

This cycle I've done a few things different, and for the first time ever I felt ovulation cramping. First, I used OPKs this time, I found out I ovulate 11 days after my period. I've been using a natural progesterone cream. I have also started taking Geritol complete multivitamin this cycle (start taking it the day your period ends)!!! We Bd Every day of my fertile week, and I test December 8. IDK if it was just a coincidence, but this cycle has felt way different. We've lost four pregnancies. I'm 19 and have a thyroid condition so it's a lot harder for me to get pregnant. Baby dust beautiful lady.
