Needing some encouragement!

I've posted on here before but took a break  as we took a break in our journey to just relax and enjoy our summer. This is going to get a little long.... Sorry
A little back ground......
A year ago we started seeing a fertility doctor. My husband was checked and was told he was fine. His morphology was on the lower end of normal but his quantity was excellent so it didn't matter apparently. I was checked and did all the blood tests, ultrasounds and HSG test and all I was told is that my AMH level was on the lower end of normal so basically we were diagnosed as "unexplained"! We went ahead and did 3 IUI's. 2 with Chlomid and 1 with injections. Ever time I went it they'd say yep looks good, looks excellent.......And NOTHING! Not even a faint positive nor have I ever had a positive! I was a little upset because that office never once called me to check on things. For all they know, I have a baby in my arms!
Fast forward to now........
We switched clinics and had read good reviews about this one! I had to go in on my 3rd day of my cycle to do blood work. A couple hours later I got a call saying my FSH level was at 18 when a year ago it was at a normal range of 7! All the other hormone levels were normal! I also had a genetic test done and that cam back good! Since it had been a year they wanted me to do another HSG test (grrrrrr) which that was clear except they found my left ovary not looking good but my right looked good! She also told me I needed to gain 10-15 lbs. I'm 5'7.5" and I weigh 140-145! Holy crap 10-15 lbs?!? 😩When my Dr called me to give me the results of lab work she said if my levels don't go down next month she probably wouldn't even recommend my husband and I conceiving because of the risk of abnormalities are much higher! WHAT? That was pretty devastating to here. She wants to do a chromosomal test next cycle also! So I guess my question is, has anyone else gone through all of this and had any success? Has anyone has their levels checked and one month they were high and next it had came down? I would appreciate any encouragement or advice!
