I have PCOS and clomid didn't work. I'm finishing up Femara now, don't know if I'll get to take the trigger shot or not. Several friends with PCOS say they take metformin and Femara or metformin and cloind, metformin and another drug. Is it more effective to metformin with another fertility drug? My doctor hasn't mentioned it to me, I had to beg him to change from clomid to Femara.
