Healthy tips from you to me.

I recently had myself weighed. Let's just say my confidence has decreased more and more. I'm currently 239lbs but everyone says I look a whole lot slimmer. Either way I still want to lose as much as I can. At least 100lbs. Has anyone ever lost a lot of weight and if you did, how exactly did you? What was your motivation? What foods did you avoid? How did you stick with your goals, etc? I just need some ideas to improve my weight loss journey!
