boyfriend issues

What would you do if your boyfriend made some things wrong and he hasn't take his time to try to calm the situation and expects I'm the one who needs to chill .... ? I don't see he is worried about nothing in this relationship, we fought three days ago and only today sent me a message asking me if I'm done being mad.. He doesn't take the nerve to try to make it better... I'm sad..
