okay so i had a short four day period which is normal for me. i bled heavily the first two days and barely any the second two. i have been bloated and constipated and cramping ever since.
i just wanna know is it normal for bloating and cramping to continue into the fertile period? especially the bloating, i can't wear any jeans now!
