TTC with irregular periods

My cycles used to be pretty regular, almost 28 days on the dot. But now that I'm TYC, they are all over the place! Anywhere from 27 days to 39 days. I get too stressed and anxious with tracking body temps. Is my best bet just having sex every day during my cycle??? That sounds exhausting (and stressful too)!
