Hi girls, I need help ASAP!

So my period is a day late and I've been slightly cramping but not as bad as I normally do, I went to go pee and when I wiped there was light pink blood but I looked online and it said I'm pregnant but thats not possible since I didn't have sex all month. I also had a uti the week before so I've been taking cranberry pills. Am I pregnant or is it just a light period??
