Sneezing Stomach Pain 😭

So does anyone else get almost crippling stomach cramps (almost like a prolonged Charley Horse pain in your lower stomach) when you sneeze most times or sometimes when you cough? Is that a normal pregnancy thing or should I be seeing a doctor? This is my 1st time and I never know what symptoms are from this or just if somethings wrong with me smh!
