Why cant i get pregnant

Soo me and my bf have not used any protection for months not even the pull out method basicly every time we have sex he cums in me but i have not got pregnant i track every time we do it we've done it on the ovulation day we've done it when im fertal but still no baby, is it me? Or what are we doing wrong pleasee helpp

I've heard that it can take up to a year for healthy, fertile couples to get pregnant. I think it's just a small window.

My doctor said to me that It can take anything up to 18 months even if everything is all healthy. after that if you still haven't conceived you should consult your doctor for further advice
