I have been ttc for 4 months now AFTER my ectopic In July..

Two days ago (meant to be my fertile period according to glow but I have irregular cycles and this was CD28) .. I had brown CM.. so thought AF was coming. It lasted for two days then last night I had a pin prick sized clot come out then nothing. Now I have lots of creamy CM (a lot more than usual as I'm used to this type of CM)

Could this possibly be implantation?
