Did anyone get a negative test then a positive

I tested one month, got a negative, positive a month later when I was around 7/8 weeks

With my first pregnancy I didn't get a positive test until 11-12 weeks. That includes blood, urine, and ultrasounds.

With my first I got a positive 2 days before missed period.

With my second I got a negative the day of my missed period and a positive the next day.

With my 3rd (unplanned) I got a positive pregnancy test very early, to the point when I went to the ob they dated me 3 weeks. My blood test came back at a 5, though, which is not considered pregnant. Level rose, but sadly ended in ectopic.
