Right tube blockage

So my husband and I have been trying to concieve for a little over 2 years. With no luck. I have had an HSG to figure out what was wrong. The left tube was fine. My uterus is healthy as well. My right,tube is blocked. He wants to do an ultrasound to see it better. Is there anyone who,had to get surgery to unblock theirs? And got pregnant,after?

Please let me know. Also í have masshealth. (welfare) Could it cover the surgery if it came down to it?

I am disabled too, due to the fact that my bio parents abused my siblings and I ( we all got adopted by the same people so we could stay together) my father,though threw me down the stairs at 3 weeks old. I,could,of died. It was,because I didn't stop crying. I had 2 broken ribs, my right side,of my brain is damaged a lil bit and now í can only see a lil bit from my,right eye. My left hand is weak and í have epilepsy. So if í were to have a baby chances are he or she,wpuld be Born with a split lip.
