I've had back pain since before I was pregnant due to not picking up something really heavy the proper way. I don't want to put my back in more pain when giving birth if I don't have to. I'm terrified of the idea of having a needle stuck in my back for an epidural and I plan on having a natural birth. Ive been doing some research and I've heard of the epidural causing problems or back pain after birth and I'm afraid it could possibly make my back pain worse. I also think maybe going natural might make my back pain worse as well so I'm stuck. I just don't want a worse back than I have now so I'm not sure which would be better to have. Natural birth or epidural..? Please no negative comments just looking for opinions or stories if you've been in this situation. Thank you ♡
